Offering a wide range of services under the one roof means that job opportunities became available for many trades – welding, fabricating, sandblasting, painting, assembling etc. With the business constantly expanding, Jack is always open to hearing from positive individuals who are confident they would be a beneficial addition to our team! Jack also works closely with the ApprentiCentre in regards to the training of our current four apprentices who are all at different stages of completing their Certificate III in Engineering.

 

 

Part Time Office Manager

Immediate Start - Permanent Opportunity

Due to increased work load, we require a Part Time Office Manager to work within a well-established Motor Body Building company in Albany.
The Office Manager will play a fundamental role in the day to day running of the office and will provide key support to the owners.
The role is offered as part time and you will be required to work two or three days a week. Position may suit a mature person looking for part time work.
The business is ideally located in Albany’s newly developed industrial area.
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll etc. are key elements of this position. Good understanding of business development and growth is essential.
